Halloween Charm Offer Terms and Conditions

You will receive one charm for every order, while stock lasts (an announcement will be made when the stock has finished). The charms that are on offer is either a pentagram or a skeleton, it will be picked at random. This offer does not include digital item orders (the printable items). Offer ends 31st October 2023 at 11.59 PM AEST. 

Custom & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital Downloads

Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted for incorrect items shipped or damaged goods. If you receive incorrect/damaged goods, please email melancholymemento@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving order, buyers will have to cover the cost of shipping both for the return and for the new item/s. Buyers will have to ship back exchanges within 14 days of receiving order. 

No returns for digital items and custom artwork.

Cancellation

We accept cancellation if it has not been dispatched.
